Mark your calender for this fun event at Clark Planetarium. On Saturday December 1, Kids can get free admission to see Clark Planetarium's new Holiday Show Let it Snow.
This 32-minute show features a variety of festive classics from Frank Sinatra and Chuck Berry to Burl Ives and Brenda Lee, and includes a stunning multi-media finale by the Trans Siberian Orchestra. This family-friendly soundtrack is visually enhanced with full-dome animation, laser imagery, and special effects.
On December 1, starting at 11 am- 12:30 pm there will be Plasma Car Races at the Planetarium for age groups 3 and under and 4 – 6 years of age. The kids with the best time for both age groups wins a Plasma Car! ($64.99 value). Registration for the races is first come, first served. Plus, the Planet Store will be having a rare sale, with select toys up to 25% off.
Even better, kids who bring in a homemade snowflake will get in FREE to this new holiday show. Plus, Clark Planetarium will display all of the snowflakes on the wall outside of the Hansen Dome Theatre throughout the month of December. How fun is that! Remember to make the snowflake at home because materials will NOT be available on-site. Adult admission starts at $7 depending on showtime.
