Big List Of Utah Food Truck Rally Round-Up

Food trucks are so popular right now in Utah and with good reason, the food is fab, the atmosphere is great. The first food truck to come to Utah was Chow Truck in 2010. Since that time, the Utah food truck scene has exploded!

If you are new to the food truck phenomenon it is a good idea to find a food truck rally. This is when a bunch of food trucks all park together on a street or in a parking lot. The benefit to the trucks is that they get their name and food in front of the followers of other trucks.

These Utah Food Truck round-ups benefit us as customers as we get to choose from several different kinds of food, all at one location. The variety makes this a fun date or family activity, everyone gets to choose different trucks to eat from while enjoying your food together. If you haven't been to one of these food truck round-ups , you must try it! The atmosphere can be very social and some gatherings even feature live music, games, and bounce houses.

Utah boasts food trucks with waffles, cupcakes, Korean, BBQ, grilled cheese, sliders, burritos, pizza, sushi and everything in between.

Monday

        The Sugarmont Food Truck League – You can find 8-10 different trucks and live music from 5:00-9:00 pm at 2230 S Highland Dr also known as Sugarmont Plaza (the redesigned parking lot of the former Deseret Industries). You can find more information on their Facebook page.

        Saratoga Food Truck Underground – Monday nights the Food Truck Underground is at Neptune Park in Saratoga Springs. Located at 452 W 400 N in Saratoga Springs they are open from 5:00-9:00 pm. For a lineup of the trucks, visit their Facebook page.

        Fruit Heights Food Truck League – Head up north for some good eats every Monday night from 5:00-9:00 pm at 910 S Mountain Road in Fruit Heights. For more details, see their Facebook page.

Tuesday

        Eagle Mountain Food Truck Underground-Tuesdays the Food Truck Underground is in Eagle Mountain at 3688 E Campus Dr. It's open from 5:00-9:00 pm. For more information check out their Facebook page.

       Syracuse Food Truck League – Check out the food trucks at RC Willey in Syracuse (1693 W 2700 S) every Tuesday from 5:00-9:00 pm. Check their Facebook page for an updated list of food trucks each Tuesday.

Wednesday

        KSL Food Truck League – Head downtown SLC for lunch on Wednesdays from 11:00-2:00 pm at the KSL Broadcast House (300 W North Temple) for the KSL Food Truck League. More details on their Facebook page.

        Lehi Food Truck Underground – If you are in Lehi on a Wednesday night you will want to check out the Lehi Food Truck Underground at Margaret Wines Park 100 E 600 N in Lehi from 5:00-9:00 pm. See their Facebook page for more information.

         Layton Food Truck League – Go to Northridge High School (2430 N Hillfield Rd) in Layton for some delicious food from 5:00-9:00 pm every Wednesday night. More details on their Facebook page.

Thursday

        Food Truck Thursdays – One of the original food truck roundups is located at the Gallivan Center in Salt Lake City on Thursdays from 11:00 am-2:00 pm. Trucks park on Gallivan Ave. There are tables and chairs and outdoor seating at the Gallivan Center. You can find more information on their Facebook page.

        West Valley Food Truck League – On Thursday evenings from 5:00-9:00 pm you’ll find a collection of food trucks at Fairbourne Station in West Valley City at 2900 Lehman Ave (near the Trax stop and behind City Hall). You can find out what food trucks will be there every week on the Food Truck League Facebook page.

        Provo Food Truck Roundup – This popular food truck roundup is located at the Startup Building in Provo at 560 S 100 W. Every Thursday year round you can find food trucks and music from 6:00-9:00 pm. All trucks should be able to take credit cards. You can find out more info on their Facebook page.

        Orem Food Truck Underground – Friday nights the Food Truck Underground is at the Scera, located at 745 S State St in Orem from 5:00-9:00 pm. (They are also at this location on Mondays.) For more info, visit their Facebook page.
